The Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) strategic plan 2008-2012 maps out a clear direction for MLA's future and outlines the steps the company will take to meet its four strategic imperatives - increasing market access, growing demand, enhancing competitiveness and sustainability and increasing industry capability. The five year plan is reviewed annually to ensure it remains contemporary and reflecting current industry needs.

Additionally, each year, MLA develops an annual operating plan setting out our programs and objectives for the year ahead (July to June). A progress report for the first half of the year is published in March each year, and an annual report is published in October.

From this section you can also access information about our independent evaluation framework and download the MLA constitution.
