Summer deluge continues

The past week has seen heavy falls along the east coast of the country, with particularly heavy showers drenching northern NSW and southern Queensland. A low pressure system across eastern Australia has seen in excess of 300mm fall in some regions, contributing to flooding across most affected areas. The rest of NSW and Victoria received welcome summer rain of around 25mm.
