Overview:
A Meat Standards Australia producer workshop, held in conjunction with Teys Cargill, will provide beef cattle producers with information on how to supply cattle to the MSA program, how cattle are MSA graded and on-farm management of cattle to optimise eating quality. Teys Cargill will provide an overview of their MSA program. Participants will also preview carcase feedback tools to aid in their on-farm decisions.
The workshop is free to attend and morning tea lunch will be provided.
