- Going into goats publication - Launch for rangeland module
Address by Goat Industry Council of Australia - Glen Telford, Chairman
1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
- A long table luncheon with choice cuts of goat meat, wine tasting and goat cheeses
- Demonstrations on preparation and cooking of goat meat - Vince Gareffa and Mike Junghans
- Demonstration of milking dairy goats - Tony Woodward
- Displays of live angora, boer, cashmere, dairy and rangeland goats
