Date of this event: 18 November 2011

Queensland graziers with an interest in intensive grazing are invited to join a webinar on 18 November to hear the results of MLA project investigating intensive grazing systems in northern Australia.

The webinar will run from 12:30-1:30pm AEST and be presented by Trevor Hall, Principal Scientist with Qld DEEDI’s sustainable grazing systems team.

Trevor will discuss the effects of rotational and cell grazing systems on the condition and productivity of pastures in northern Australia. The presentation will draw on a recently completed evaluation of contrasting grazing systems (continuous, rotational and cell) on nine Queensland properties, stretching from Condamine in the south to Richmond in the north.
