Agent Emergency NVD and Waybill eDEC Program
The Agent Emergency NVD/Waybill is a software program that can print blank emergency NVD/Waybills to be used in circumstances where an NVD is not available to a vendor.
The program is not designed for producers.
It can only be printed as an LPA NVD/Waybill and is available for cattle, sheep and lambs and goats. The program is only for agents and can only be purchased in lots of 20 tokens for $55.00, 50 tokens for $137.50 and 100 tokens for $275.00 Agents must check the LPA status of the PIC before printing an emergency NVD. If the producer is unsure, the status can be checked by the LPA Accreditation Search
Note: You must have the latest program for any tokens purchased to work. If you do not have the latest program, you will need to download and install the Agent Emergency NVD program again before purchasing any tokens.

Requesting a refund
Request a refund for an emergency NVD purchase. All refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
