The Producer eDEC is $19.80 (including GST) for 20 LPA NVD/Waybills which allows producers to email LPA NVD/Waybills in advance directly to their buyers and print out LPA NVD/Waybills from their computer. This means that producers can save up to 40% by using the Producer eDEC program.
Note: You must still print and sign the three copies of the eDEC NVD/Waybill and provide the original signed eDEC NVD/Waybill to the buyer for the document to be valid. Emailing the eDEC NVD/Waybills in advance assists the buyer to manage and prepare for the consignments arrival.

Request a refund on an eDEC token purchases. All requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Important note
The eDEC system can only be used by persons or organisations that hold a current state-issued Property Identification Code (PIC) and be fully accredited in LPA. This means that you will need your LPA user number. The typical persons or organisations that will use the eDEC system are producers and feedlots.
The eDEC system is not intended for stock agents, livestock brokers or others that do not directly control the feeding or husbandry of the livestock. The emergency LPA NVD/Waybill program is available for agents and saleyards to provide emergency LPA NVD/Waybills to clients.
To ensure that these are LPA NVD/Waybills, agents and saleyards need to obtain from clients their LPA number and enter it before printing an emergency LPA NVD/Waybill. An NVD can only be an LPA NVD/Waybill if it has the LPA trademark on it.
