This program has replaced the previous Feedback Report Writer (FRW) program and should be accessed to retrieve grading data. The program allows users to collect and analyse their MSA grading data and also to benchmark against industry averages.
Guaranteeing eating quality

MSA has established eating quality standards based on over 520,000 consumer taste tests.

A wide range of cattle and sheep management practices, processing systems, cuts, ageing periods and cooking methods have been researched to determine the impact each has on eating quality.
