Red Meat Networking Club
The Red Meat Networking Club™ (RMNC) is designed to help butchers lift standards and increase professionalism, productivity and profitability as well as raise the bar in terms of innovation, quality and best practise within their shops.
The RMNC has a membership of more than 1,200 retail butchers across the country. The aim of the RMNC is to link together proactive butchers who wish to have access to business tools designed to increase sales of red meat and to promote red meat innovation and best retail practices in our industry.
Members are encouraged to network and share product, merchandising, and value adding ideas with each other. As a part of the club, self-funded educational tours are conducted annually. The tours focus on identifying innovative solutions to common business problems and developing positive ambassadors for the red meat industry.
In-store point-of-sale solution
The in-store point-of-sale solution is a hands-on management system for retail butchers. The system also involves a website (retail portal) that provides butchers with in-store infrastructure such as EFTPOS, scales, printer and a customer advertising screen. The website portal is also an information resource for butchers.
