Audio files from the Industry Marketing Taskforce media briefing

MLA conducted a media briefing following the Industry Marketing Taskforce meetings on Wednesday 12th March 2008. The Industry Taskforces were made up of industry representatives - producers, processors, exporters, peak councils and MLA staff - and their role was to discuss and set the direction of MLA's red meat marketing activities in overseas markets and domestically.

There are Industry Taskforces for each of Australia's key red meat markets - Japan, North America, Korea, Middle East, South Asia/Chinas, Europe and Australia.

Key points from that briefing are now available as audio files, which can be accessed via the links below. These responses were provided by MLA’s General Manager of International Marketing and Economic Services, Dr Peter Barnard.
