The WellRed resource includes the principles of red meat production and processing, details our commitment to industry related R&D, and highlights the way we market our products at a domestic and international level.
It provides information on the differing red meat cuts, how they look, how they cook and how they are best used, along with tips, hints and recipes. It includes quick reference guides and visual charts for selecting and identifying red meat cuts, as well as meat safety guidelines and nutritional analysis of the benefits of red meat. MLA’s ‘guides’ to the key techniques for preparing and cooking meat are also included.
