NLIS database
Creating an NLIS account
The NLIS database is administered by NLIS Ltd, a subsidiary of MLA. To record livestock movements and other transactions on the database, you must have a database account, or authorise someone else to record transactions on your behalf. Even if you do this, you should have an account so you can check that the database information for your property is correct.
Once you have created an account you will be issued with an NLIS user ID and password. An NLIS user guide will also be posted to you.
