Korea
Korea is an important market to the Australian red meat industry.
In 2011, Australia exported 172,914 tonnes swt of red meat to Korea, valued at A$798 million. Beef accounted for 85% of Australia's red meat exports to the Korea, while offal took up 13% and lamb and mutton and goat all made up 2% each of total volume.
