Registrations are now open for Perth 2020 Livestock Advisor Updates. The theme of this years’ Perth event is Tough systems for tough seasons – helping your clients build resilient livestock businesses.
Topics include:
- feed budgeting to manage seasonal feed supply challenges
- benchmarking to identify improvements for managing seasonal variation
- how to use the MSA index for informed decision making and an update of pain relief options for sheep and cattle.
Red meat professionals who have less than five years’ experience in providing services to livestock producers are eligible to apply for a $400 bursary to attend Livestock Advisor Updates in Perth. Over 131 people attended the inaugural Livestock Advisor Updates workshops in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth in 2019, with 91 % of attendees willing to recommend the workshops to others, and an average value of attending of 7.8/10.
