Summary
The Red Meat Industry Undergraduate Program was a 12 week structured summer vacation work opportunity offered by MLA and AMPC, designed to showcase the red meat industry to university students. The program was an exciting opportunity for students to benefit from 'hands on' application of their technical training and to gain an understanding of the opportunities available in the red meat industry.
