Summary
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) conducted a review of its northern beef magazine FRONTIER to track if it has met its editorial objectives and to determine reader satisfaction levels. This evaluation provided MLA with an opportunity to enhance its relationship with recipients of FRONTIER by understanding their information needs and overall perceptions of the publication with a view to motivating property management practice change.
