Summary

MINTRAC is a company which represents the industry on training matters.  MINTRAC's role is to improve the skills of workers in the industry through the provision of recognised and accredited training from entry level through to senior management.   In collaboration with AMPC, MLA has funded the MINTRAC training networks provide the means of ensuring that R&D outcomes, innovation, new regulatory requirements and industry requirements become embedded into the meat industry training system and are delivered and assessed in a manner which is consistent across the industry.
