Summary
P.COM.0140 is the IP file which relates to project B.OJD.0031, which resulted in the development of several IP applications, which covered relevant aspects of new understandings of the early pathogenesis of the disease and the use of that understanding and other developments for the production of diagnostic tools and possible vaccines and other therapeutics. The work involved in development and preparation of the applications and in management of the process was not covered in the original project B.OJD.0031 budget and this project is designed to cover the shortfall in funding for that work.
