Summary
Beef CRC 3 ceased operations on 30 June 2012 and the participants, including MLA, signed legal agreements to deal with the ongoing management of IP and the Participant's Agreement will cease to be in effect. MLA signed the new agreements and this CMA paid for costs of for legal review of the drafted legal agreements.
