Summary

This is to conduct a workshop to present and demonstrate to the Australian meat industry opportunities to achieve significant impact on the sustainability of the red meat industry through value addition to co-product streams by extracting, separating and recovering valuable bioactive ingredients. The workshop will also facilitate discussions with industry participants on commercialisation opportunities and challenges in value-adding to co-product streams through bioactive separations. The funds are to be used for costs associated with the workshop.
