Summary
The aim of this project was to create resources for MSA research projects in the form of summaries and fact sheets for use across the supply chain to better utilise the MSA program, improve on farm compliance, train industry operatives, and promote the program in international markets.
Objectives
- Produce a fact sheet for L.EQT.1601 – this project focused on quantifying the effect of stress on animals through shipment by sea and through saleyard systems
- Produce a fact sheet for international lamb sensory work – this project focused on international sensory work for lamb in the United States and China.
