Sensory Testing, Scoring & Analysis of Commercial Lamb & Sheep Meat Cuts
The project developed a design for the comprehensive sensory testing of all major commercial cuts commonly derived from Lamb, Hogget and Sheepmeat.
The project also provided for the preparation of meat samples, handling of samples at sensory trials and handling data arising from the sheepmeat eating quality program supply chain validation projects.
