Cattle Connect 2025

Cattle Connect is Cattle Australia’s flagship industry event and is designed to bring together beef producers, processors, researchers, industry leaders and international experts to share knowledge and new ideas to shape the future of the industry.

To be held at the Dalby Showgrounds on 11–12 November, the Cattle Connect program includes presentations and discussion panels with industry leaders; agtech displays; working dogs, livestock handling and heifer conformation workshops; trade and retail exhibits; and interactive displays, as well as the CA annual general meeting. 

It’s also a celebration of all things beef-related, with this year’s event expanded to two days to incorporate a campdraft as a major new feature on the program, while the best beef around will be on the menu courtesy of MLA chef Sam Burke’s ‘Showstopping Steak’s live cooking demonstration.
