Field Day: Optimising ewe lamb joining outcomes – Producer Demonstration Site

The ‘Optimising Ewe Lamb Joining Outcomes’ project is now in its third year. This Producer Demonstration Site (PDS) aims to demonstrate the decision-making process and additional management skills required to successfully join ewe lambs. The project commenced February 2023 and will run until December 2026. Results from the last two years of ewe lamb joining’s have been compiled. This includes the 2022 drop ewe lambs, their progeny (2023 drop) and the lambs born from these progenies (2024 drop). We are excited to continue to gather insightful information from the ongoing data build.
