Want to elevate your red meat brand?
Are you a brand owner actively engaged in marketing initiatives to promote your red meat brand?
If so, your brand may be eligible to apply for Meat & Livestock Australia’s (MLA) ‘Market Development Partnerships program’.
What is the Market Development Partnerships program?
The Market Development Partnerships (MDP) program is an important component of MLA’s efforts to grow market share for Australian red meat and build on already strong perceptions of Australian red meat around the world. By co-funding approved marketing activities with brand owners and exports, the MDP program aims to:
- build awareness and preference to purchase Australian red meat products
- create customer loyalty and sustainable brand growth
- align and leverage MLA’s marketing initiatives.
By working with exporters and brand owners, the MDP program both promotes specific brands and the Australian red meat industry.
How to apply
All applicants must be companies responsible for organising and paying for the marketing of Australian red meat and are either MLA members and/or a licensed red meat exporter or producer.
If that’s you, visit the MDP website to view the program guidelines, legal terms and conditions, and the application and reporting guide.
If your planned activities sound like a good fit for the program you can use your myMLA login details and commence the application process.
