Summary

The purpose of this project was to develop an effective and efficient monitoring and evaluation system that will enable measurement of knowledge, skills, confidence (and practice change) that is achieved through participation in MLA learning activities. The project developed software that enabled the development of generic templates for a knowledge, skills and confidence audit that enabled assessment of pre and post skill levels of producers who participate in MLA flagship program activities e.g. workshops, producer demonstration sites, etc. The software is no longer used as it is obsolete. It has been replaced with the use of web based survey software.
