Summary
Co-funding of marketing support for Australian beef, sheep and goatmeat brand owners. The project is a collection of individual agreements with external vendors (brand owners) for the CoMarketing program. The project is managed via the MLA CRM system, with CoMarketing participants creating annual strategies and budgets planned by quarter. Every activity is approved by the Regional Manager, online. The CoMarketing participant is notified once approved. Reports on each activity including invoices and evidence of activities are recorded within the CRM system, and reports provided by participants on overall program effectiveness and expenditure is recorded online for each participant. This ensures full accountability and transparency of the program with overall results reported in MLA Annual Report.
