Summary

Red Meat Menu Strategy – Summary

  • We enhanced red meat’s value on menus by premiumising beef and casualising lamb in QSR. Key account relationships were strengthened to build confidence in menuing red meat, supported by tailored business plans, culinary masterclasses, and promotional assets. Distributor engagement helped broaden reach and support social license. 
  • These efforts ensured red meat remained a preferred protein choice.
    These initiatives ensured red meat remained a protein of choice across targeted foodservice channels and laid the foundation for continued collaboration and growth into FY25/26.
