Summary

Smart Farming virtual classroom delivers bespoke industry education for lower and upper primary school students. Program delivery is undertaken with Kimberlin Education, a specialist virtual learning agency. The Beyond the Plate Digital Classrooms is a new program in development phase that will deliver a series of pre-recorded video lessons aligned to the Australian Good Meat Education school resources, providing educators with flexible access to suit teacher needs. Both programs engage producers in the content delivery providing a unique and compelling opportunity for heightened teacher and student engagement.

Objectives

Ensure the schools program provides engaging initiatives supporting red meat and livestock industry education; leverage existing resources through wider program activities; support school program reach and awareness objectives.
