Summary
MLA engaged with the community at both the 2025 Ekka and the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show through the Australian Good Meat activation. Results were consistently strong, with 97% of surveyed Ekka visitors reporting they learned something new and had an improved perception of the red meat industry, with similar outcomes achieved at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
Objectives
To educate and engage the community about red meat production and the red meat supply chain, building understanding of how Australian red meat is sustainably produced, processed, and delivered from paddock to plate.
