Summary

The myFeedback Initial Rapid Migration to MSA AWS project delivered the first stage of transitioning the myFeedback platform from Integrity Systems Company's AWS infrastructure to MLA/MSA's AWS environment.
This work lays the foundation for a secure, scalable and industry-aligned national feedback system for red meat producers.

Objectives

The project aimed to:

- Move myFeedback to the MLA/MSA cloud environment.
- Transfer existing myFeedback data and establish reliable processes for future data updates.
- Improve the collection and management of MSA, disease and defect data.
- Strengthen data security, integrity and accessibility for industry users.
- Prepare the platform for future enhancements and integration within the myMSA ecosystem.

Key findings

Replication of historical data and creation of new APIs will enable consistent reporting and future integration with MLA digital systems.

The project leveraged specialist expertise in MSA systems and existing myMSA architecture, reducing implementation risk and accelerating delivery.
