Summary
The Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) program is the Australian livestock industry’s on-farm assurance program covering food safety, animal welfare and biosecurity. The LPA program is underpinned by rules and standards that accredited producers must operate in accordance with, to maintain their LPA accreditation. Under this Statement of Work, the Consultant provided on-site and remote auditing and associated services for the LPA program over the three-year period FY23–FY25, covering up to 10,500 audits.

- managing audit related enquiries
- corrective action request management
- development and maintenance of technology platforms to capture LPA audit data
- development and maintenance of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to integrate LPA audit data into ISC technology platforms
- LPA audit program reporting
- auditor training and calibration
- administration of the LPA QA program.
