Peak industry councils

Peak industry councils provide the policy direction, budget oversight and performance monitoring on behalf of the cattle, sheep and goat industries. The peak industry councils are the representative bodies of their respective industries.

The peak industry councils are:

• Australian Lotfeeders' Association
• Cattle Australia
• Goat Industry Council of Australia
• Sheepmeat Council of Australia

Australian Government

The Australian Government sets high priority R&D objectives covering community, industry and environmental concerns
