The Bendigo Goat Fest aims to provide a venue for existing and potential goat breeders to learn more about goats and the benefits of keeping goats.
On the day expect to see displays and demonstrations of goats and their products
Including:
- Harvesting your own fresh goat meat
- How to cut up a goat carcase
- How to cook goat meat - mince it - make hamburgers and sausages.
