Northern Beef Research Update Conference (NBRUC)

The conference theme, Recipe for Success: NBRUC 2023’s Menu for Northern Beef Research sets the scene for a deconstructed delve into beef production, research, extension, sales and consumption. We all contribute to a viable beef industry in northern Australia, and everyone is welcome at NBRUC.
When the world locked down, the essential nature of agriculture was once again brought to the fore. Amongst the challenges of lockdowns, freight disruptions and political infighting, research to improve our industry has continued and now is our opportunity to come together and discuss the latest results.
Producers will have the chance to hear directly from researchers and ask the questions they still need answered. Researchers can come and meet and mingle with others to talk about research outcomes from the last few years plus look for ways to work together to solve the next batch of problems. Longer seminars and two forms of short presentations – Beef Bites - will grow your industry appetite and give you plenty to chew on. NABRAC's 30th birthday celebration will also feature alongside a smorgasbord of social events.
