The GenAngus Future Leaders program is a leadership development course for 18 - 40 year old beef industry participants. The intensive 4 day workshop provides tailored mentoring and insights in to better decision making, genetics and beef breeding principles, beef benchmarking, people development, advocacy and beef marketing.
The program has been running for 4 years and has become one of the leading development programs for young people in the beef industry. Participants gain insights from industry leading speakers and leave with a tailored mentoring opportunity for further learning and development.
