At this event there will be discussion about some of the serious topics transforming today's beef industry followed by a dinner in the evening. The legendary Sam Kekovich heads the entertainment over a dinner of the finest beef on the Australian market.

The forum kicks off with the fabulous Lucinda Corrigan hosting and presenting the star studded line up of: - Robert Herrmann, Managing Director Mercado, presenting on the outlook of Australian Beef. - Mark Inglis, Farm Assurance & Supply Chain Manager, Thomas Foods International, presenting on branding and marketing beef. - Tom Gubbins, Director, Te Mania Angus, presenting on Genomics. - Milly Mackinnon, Livestock Manager, Mackinnon Pastoral, presenting on Genomics. - Professor Mark Howden, Director of The Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solution at ANU, Nobel Peace Prize winner and author of 450+ scientific journals, presenting on the Climate.
Dinner 6:00 PM
The social component of the event and hosted by Lucinda Corrigan. During the dinner the best beef on the Australian market will be served to you and while you enjoy this sit back and be entertained by the well-known media personality, sports commentator, former Aussie Rules Football player and lambassador, Mr Sam Kekovich.
