Smartphone Apps for Farmers v2

Ag Excellence Alliance works with South Australian broad-acre grain and livestock farmers to improve their profitability and sustainability. In 2012, they observed that while an increasing numbers of farmers were adopting smartphone and tablet technology, finding suitable apps was difficult.

To address this issue, the team has produced a booklet to provide farmers information about what apps are available and how the use of the apps could benefit their enterprises.

Wherever possible, the Ag Excellence Alliance have downloaded and road-tested the apps in the publication; however, their inclusion in this booklet is not necessarily an endorsement.
