Tell us what you think about the Pasture Trial Network
21 July 2022
Producers, livestock advisors and other users of the Pasture Trial Network (PTN) are encouraged to complete a quick survey about the tool to inform its continued roll-out.
What is the PTN tool?
The Pasture Trial Network tool allows users to assess and compare the performance of more than 100 pasture varieties across the key pasture species for the red meat industry, including:
- phalaris
- cocksfoot
- tall fescue
- perennial and annual ryegrass
- sub-clover
- lucerne.
The tool was developed by MLA through the Pasture Variety Trial Network (PVTN) project, with support to expand its use provided by the Australian Seed Federation (ASF) and commercial seed companies.
Complete the survey
The survey will take around 5–10 minutes to complete and seeks to gain an understanding of your current knowledge of PTN as well as any feedback you may have on the tool.
Responses will be used to improve awareness and impact of the PTN into the future.
