Thriving Women 2025 is a two-day conference hosted by WoTL (Women Together Learning). The conference will bring together more than 200 delegates for two days of connection, skill-building, and inspiration.
Under the theme “Women Shaping Agriculture,” the conference aims to celebrate the diversity and influence of women in the sector while equipping them with tools to continue leading change in their businesses and communities.

Attendees will engage in a dynamic program featuring keynote addresses, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities designed to foster leadership and innovation.

Keynote Speakers:

• Lucy Bloom, Sydney-based entrepreneur, author, and international aid leader, known for her bold, humorous, and insightful take on leadership and change.

• Stephanie Trethewey, founder of Motherland, 2022 AgriFutures Rural Women’s Award National Winner, and a passionate advocate for rural mothers and mental health in agriculture.

• 15 concurrent “Toolbox Talk” sessions across key themes such as business resilience, leadership, innovation, wellbeing, and community impact.
