Summary
Upgrade the existing Export Cattle Trace program to add an automatic feature which allows exporters to transfer cattle in and out of the NLIS database.
Develop a system to enable this software to interrogate the ADHIS database to obtain breeding information necessary for the export of cattle to China.
Develop the ability to input data to this program through a hand held PC at the cost of the exporter if chosen.
Put in place a help and support desk for the software.
Upgrade of the existing user manual and production of a service manual..
