Summary
Mr Peter Horchner was contracted in May 2005 to develop and implement a management system for Animal Welfare. The project was terminated in November 2006 prior to completion after discussions with CCA and SCA indicated that they had not yet finalised their needs in the area of Animal Welfare quality assurance.
