Summary
To develop a system to document implementation and adoption plans, the monitoring of implementation identify and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop a set of benchmarks for the on going evaluation of project implementation.
Provide a review on the adoption and implementation of R&D project results for the last five years with reasons for their success or failure.
Ensure an adoption/implementation plan is constructed for each project by the project team or LERDAC.
Maximise and report on the adoption and implementation of R&D results across the entire live export chain and maximise the value of R&D are taken up by industry.
