Summary
Since 2003-2004, LPI have conducted a key performance indicator survey to monitor and evaluate program awareness and practice change against annual targets. Axiom has constructed a framework using a quantitative questionnaire that address the key objectives and adheres to a simple approach. To enable direct comparison between the last four years question integrity from the LPI 2005, 2006/07 & 2008 questionnaires will largely be maintained to provide data continuity and identify longitudinal trends over time.
In addressing the issues of adoption or changed management practices the question construct in the KPI 2009 survey will be more explicit than that which was used in the previous surveys and refers directly to management change.
