Summary
This project researched the development of the Australian lamb industry over the period from the late-1960s to present, with a focus on key agro-political and industry investment decisions and programs that underpinned the development of the prime lamb industry. This research was published in a hard cover book titled We Love our Lamb - Australian lamb marketing from paddock to plate which is available for purchase from MLA.
