Summary
This project deliveed a 'Managing Your Profit Drivers' course to increase producer understanding of the operation and purpose of the Making More From Sheep Cost of Production (COP) calculator to encourage its uptake as a basic management and analysis tool, and to help producers manage key profit drivers of their lamb and wool enterprises. This project includes ‘train the trainer’ activities to introduce more consultants to the cost of production tool and the Manages Your Profit Drivers process.
