Summary
In order to provide insights to the industry on the priorities of environmental groups a consultant with expertise in environmental stakeholder engagement was contracted to provide guidance on which environmental groups in Australia have an interested in the Australian beef and lamb industry and provide strategic advice for industry wide engagement.
Following this report meetings were set up for the Peak Councils to meet with the key groups that were interested in the production methods of the industry. Due to sensitivities the report is not publicly available.
