Summary
Background: This project was a consultancy agreement to coordinate the development of the theme areas of the feedbase investment plan into a portfolio of commissioned projects.
Project Description: Development of contracts supporting the three pasture pillars in the feedbase R&D plan, and contribute to incorporation of the Weeds and Decision Support Pillars into a coherent feedbase portfolio.
Coordinate PISC agency and required private sector participants in theme areas to construct an agreed program of work to address the theme recommended actions from the feedbase R&D plan.
Construct contracts for theme development and implementation, with agreed key performance indicators between MLA and partners.
Oversee sub contracts ensuring timely implementation to comply with MLA planning and approval timelines and coordinate the inputs from any other consultants appointed by MLA to assist with the implementation of the feedbase plan
Develop for each theme a logical framework as a basis for communication (reporting), implementation and evaluation
Develop and coordinate the advisory and governance structures for the feedbase portfolio following definition of requirements by MLA.
Outcomes: The cores task described were achieved and the structure of for Feedbase Investment Plan completed.
