Summary
This workshop is a part of the Insights2Innovation project (V.RDP.1000) and is being facilitated by New Nutrition Business’s Julian Mellentin. New Nutrition Business have listed Snacking as one of their top trendsin their renowned annual Key Trends in Food, Nutrition and Health report for the last 4 years running, while Seniors have been identified as a top trend for the past 6 years in a row. The workshop has focused on how the trends have been identified, whatopportunities they present for Australian Agrifood and the implications of these trends in the following markets in particular Australia (domestic), China, South East Asia and the Middle East.
