This project provided funding to MLA's food safety R&D program to communicate the outcomes and impacts of the program to industry, regulators, customers and consumers.

The main objective was to communicate data, research outcomes and other capability building material to the wider red meat industry through a series of MLA-initiated meetings and activities. 

Benefits to industry

This project has enabled MLA to communciate the data and research from the food safety program to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date with the latest information. This helps perpetuate the efficacy of food safety initiatives in the Australian red meat industry.
